Stavely School Local Give Back - Reverse Advent Food Drive

The Grade 5/6 Class has developed a ‘Local Give-Back’ idea that we’re hoping Stavely School families will want to assist us with. During the month of December, we invite all of our school families to participate in a reverse advent calendar if you wish. You may collect a box at home, as a family, or donations will be gladly welcomed each day in our school collection box  - participate as often as you like no need to do each day. We will be donating everything collected to our local food bank.

December 1 - Box of cereal

December 2 - Peanut butter

December 3 - Can of soup

December 4 - Can of tuna

December 5 - Toilet paper

December 6 - Can of soup

December 7 - Box of crackers

December 8 - Bag of rice

December 9 - Package of pasta

December 10 - Toothbrush ( in original packaging)

December 11 - Box of granola bars

December 12 - Baby wipes

December 13 - Can of pasta sauce

December 14 - Can of corn

December 15 - Toothpaste

December 16 - Box of Kleenex

December 17 - Ketchup or Mustard

Any donations are always gratefully accepted. Items that the food bank can always use are diapers, toilet paper, canned goods, pasta, canned meats and fish, canned fruits and vegetables, whole-grain cereal, infant food and baby formula, toilet paper, personal hygiene items.

Please bring any boxes of donations or individual donations to the school no later than 12:00 p.m. on December 17th, 2020. Thanks so much for helping with our ‘give-back’ initiative.
